The two girls I'm talking about are located in Maryland: Gracie and Lisa. I, almost accidentally, got to know them one summer. A pretty summer actually, even in my hometown!
The two of them happened to be in Bergen, just were I also happen to be living. I remember the first time I saw you, (I hope I'm not making this into a love story, but it was just a very funny moment) standing in the middle of our famous fish market talking to a boy, an Estonian boy actually. Gees girls, com'on! Norwegian boys are so much more handsome!
Ever since, they've been mocked by both me and Gracie's father. They even got a picture. You are just so sweet!
I, myself showed them what to eat in a Norwegian bakery. I don't even know what to call it in English.
Umm, it is something that might remind you of cinnamon rolls but, of course, much much better, and with the excitement of different tastes! Like this one, a version with raisins in it, as well!Ok, so the taste is in general quite sweet! But hey, one good reason to come back!
In return we were invited to their beautiful home in Maryland. The S- family were more than happy to be invited and quickly responded in a bright ans shining YES!
And boy, did I ever regret? Of course not. Only thing is that two days was not enough time. I regret not to dragged out the time, just because there was so much more I wanted to tell you, ask you.
But hey! For the twentieth time. You know so well that you all are more than welcome, this time to stay with us in Åsane. Hey, try to pronounce that!
MISS YOU MUCHMUCH LADIES.
Wish I had a picture of us, that would make this so much prettier!
